Recognizing that Federal agencies require IT transformation that address people, process and technology, but that the issues and emphasis may be highly variable from agency to agency, Clearwaters.IT’s Transformation Framework has been designed to be flexible enough to meet various agency IT transformation requirements and it is based on our IT Transformation Delivery Framework. Our Framework is based on the concept of IT services that support enablement of mission requirements through a lifecycle approach to continuous service improvement, delivered via the execution of individual projects.
The Framework is based on a combination of leading practices and our experience at Federal organizations that are moving toward a shared-services IT delivery organization. Clearwaters.IT is primarily focused on technology integration of data, cyber-security, applications and infrastructure, either individually or across multiple areas. We believe these are most effectively achieved with the application of enabling IT disciplines such IT strategy, enterprise architecture, IT service management, governance, IT portfolio management, change management and program/project.
